Product Guarantee: Colorescience unconditionally guarantees our products from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase when used as directed and maintained between 35° and 105° Fahrenheit.

Returns

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll help you with a refund or exchange. Colorescience will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date of PURCHASE for any Colorescience product purchased on Colorescience.com. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited to the same method as the original payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges products purchased from our retail partners. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or to exchange for another item. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred. Please note: It takes up to 30 business days to process the return or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation. No refunds or exchanges on sale or last call items.

Goods damaged in transit

The acceptance of a shipment by Transportation Company is an Acknowledgment that the articles were delivered to them in good condition and properly packed. Goods damaged in transit to customer are the responsibility of the customer to report to COLORESCIENCE within 24 hours so a damage claim can be processed through the Transportation Company.             

Delivery Charges

Free shipping will be offered on all orders placed via Colorescience.com. Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the order date. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed after 3:30 PST will be shipped the following day. This includes overnight orders as well.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Colorescience product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Colorescience reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Colorescience reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Colorescience shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Colorescience without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
