Our high-performance team is currently seeking a motivated, self-starting Area Sales Leader for the Great Lakes region. Colorescience Area Directors are smart, business savvy individuals who have a passion for people and business development.  They empower their teams to meet and exceed revenue objectives by setting vision, defining strategy and coaching to execution.

 Area Directors GROW.

We like to have fun at Colorescience. Building meaningful relationships with both our internal teams as well as our business partners.  With a high level of autonomy, Area Director responsibilities include:

  • Leadership: Ability to effectively inspire and motivate their team to work together for the common goal while remaining agile, solution oriented and collaborative with fellow Directors. Area Directors are relationship oriented both with internal team members, key account partners and suppliers.
  • Communication: Proactive and consistent communication with ability to effectively connect in various scenarios including partner engagement, 1:1s, team meetings and presentations.
  • Coaching: We believe we always have more to learn. That means we take the time for coaching.  Asking for feedback ourselves and supporting our team in their growth and development through 1:1 coaching sessions, real time coaching, mentorship and personal development plans.
  • Strategic Planning: Development and execution of plan to achieve KPIs annual revenue quota. Including effective analysis of key metrics that drive market penetration, new business partner acquisition, sale cycle efficiency, and market trends
  • Resource Management: Management and allocation for quarterly operating budget items for the area. Accountability of effective utilization by the team with CRM. Along with hiring and retaining of top talent.

Area Directors work to support their team in driving access and awareness so that more people can claim the confidence that comes with achieving no-compromise skin health.  They do this by managing:

  • The lead qualification process
  • Engagement and utilization of Colorescience programs, both consumer and partner facing
  • Championing our partner and team participation in educational events and use of educational resources
  • Ongoing market and team effectiveness analysis utilizing Colorescience reporting systems
  • Engagement in social network platforms that connect their teams, partners, and consumers

What else you need to know.

  • The position is regionally based covering the Great Lakes area from Minnesota and Chicago to Oklahoma and Arkansas.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.  Minimum of 2-3 years of prior sales management experience with demonstrated success in leading a team to goal achievement.  7 to 10 years direct aesthetic sales experience preferred.
  • Role reports directly to Vice President of Professional Business
  • Role works cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Human Resource departments
