The role of a Customer Concierge Associate at Colorescience is to provide online customers the best experience through insightful product knowledge and outstanding customer care consideration. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to learn about an aesthetic company and how to create an online connection with a customer and their specific skin health needs.
As a full-time Concierge, you will work remotely 3 weekdays from 11:30am to 8pm PST and same hourly support on the weekends, Saturday/ Sunday days to help respond to inquiries from our customers.
Create a make a difference customer experience
- Forge lasting relationships with customers
- Work collaboratively with the ecommerce marketing team to ensure each customer receives the best customer experience possible
- Respond to customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner
- Provide honest knowledgeable feedback to customers
- Answering customer email inquiries and concerns through e-mail, Chat, and Phone.
- Providing thoughtful answers and advice on the following topics: Returns, Shipping, Activation Methods. Best Application, how to use product, shade suggestions, skin concern questions.
- Using multiple systems, including but not limited to: Gorgias, Shopify, Recharge, Teams, Yotpo, Forter, Endica, outlook and
- Communicating with skill and enthusiasm (orally & in writing).
- Accurately following processes and standard operating procedures
- Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and communicate product complaints in a timely manner
- Processing purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Being an expert in customer experience to the best knowledge answer or route customer product inquiry questions
- Offering shade and skin concern suggestions
- Communicating and collaborating with cross functional team(s) (quality, operations, marketing, finance, tech support, warehouse, and other sales channel leads).
- Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
