Regionally based covering the Pacific Area from California to Washington and over to Utah.

Our high-performance team is currently seeking a motivated, self-starting New Business Development Manager for the Pacific Area.

They inspire their Emerging 40 partners to connect with our mission in such a way that they are compelled by our science, experience the benefits of our programs and embrace the revenue opportunity that Colorescience can deliver for their business.  They feel the full value of our partnership.  They work to welcome new account partners to Colorescience to grow the number of people experiencing the benefits of no compromise skin health. Together with their crew team they will help our partners achieve SUCCESS with Colorescience.  Because when they do it matters- for thousands of people.


 Colorescience New Business Development Managers are hungry, humble and smart.  They are seasoned professionals with experience in prospecting, new account onboarding, product launch and account development. 

 New Business Development Managers work in collaboration with practice owners, practice managers and staff to integrate Colorescience into their practices utilizing the business plan called SUCCESS.

 Colorescience New Business Development Managers work collaboratively with the Colorescience Training and Implementation Managers to align focus for staff education and onboarding to ensure successful implementation and launch of Colorescience.

We like to have fun at Colorescience. Building meaningful relationships with both our internal teams as well as our business partners.  With a high level of autonomy, New Business Development Managers responsibilities include:

Drive Revenue Growth: focused on Emerging 40 partners and bringing on new account business within the Atlantic Area. Leading with a bias towards action.

 Business Plan Development and Execution: Strategic and critical thinking skills are required for development of purchasing plans that support product launch and onboarding of new partners that align to the marketing plan and practice revenue goals.

 Strategic Planning: Execution of plan to achieve KPIs

 Leadership: Ability to effectively inspire and motivate their partners and teammates to work together for the common goal while remaining agile, solution oriented and collaborative.

 Communication: Proactive and consistent communication with ability to effectively connect in various scenarios with both Colorescience teammates and partners. New Business Development Managers are relationship builders with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

 Resource Management: Management of quarterly operating budget items for the role. Accountability of effective utilization team with CRM.

 New Business Development Managers GAIN.

New Business Development Managers help to drive access and awareness so that more people can claim the confidence that comes with achieving no-compromise skin health.  They do this by managing:

  • Engagement and utilization of Colorescience programs, both consumer and partner facing
  • Championing our partner participation in educational events and use of educational resources
  • Ongoing market and partner effectiveness analysis utilizing Colorescience reporting systems
  • Engagement in social network platforms that connect their teams, partners, leads and consumers
  • Prospecting and lead nurturing to bring highly qualified new account partners to the brand

 New Business Development Managers GIVE.

  What else you need to know.

  • The position is regionally based covering the Pacific Area from California to Washington and over to Utah.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of prior account management with prospecting and new account onboarding experience. Demonstrated success in goal achievement.  3-5 years direct aesthetic sales experience preferred.
  • Role reports directly to the Pacific Sr. Area Director
