Partner Marketing and Sales Intern

The ideal candidate will bring an enthusiasm and curiosity for sales and marketing combined with a detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to the success of the team. 

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, fast learner, organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to problem-solve by working both independently and cross-functionally
  • Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel with excitement to learn Salesforce
  • Must have the ability to prioritize projects and be proactive
  • Must have interest in business to business sales and marketing
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Motivated, team-player mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Can dedicate 10 – 20 hours a week. Will fluctuate depending on task load

 In-bound Lead Management:

  • Input inbound leads into Salesforce
  • Inbound lead recall
  • Lead analysis
  • Lead box tracking and analysis
  • Email campaigns for lapsed leads
  • Lead engagement page on CS.COM
    • Manage updates
    • Track and analyze page engagement
  • New Partners added to Partner Locator on CS.COM

 Manage Brandfolder:

  • Allow access to platform
  • Create new collections as needed (new programs, launches, etc.) 
  • Updating assets
  • Removing outdated content
  • Adding new photography as needed
  • Pull reporting on most used assets 

 Wear What Works Events: Monthly  

  • Assist with logistics before, during and after 
  • Pack supplies  
  • Follow-ups 
  • Post Seminar purchasing analysis
  • Create pre and post event email communication for attendees

 Tradeshows:

  • Assist with logistics before, during and after
  • Pack supplies
  • Follow-ups
  • Create awareness communications 
  • Social post, emails, and LinkedIn posts

Colorescience Professional Academy & Internal Academy:

  • Monthly analytics 
  • Point person in pulling monthly certification earners 
  • Award monthly bonus products 
  • Email deployment based on certifications earned
  • Pull product selections 
  • Place orders via Shopify (individual orders)  

Virtual Events:

  • Help build/modify events
  • Update registrations for upcoming events 
  • Providing tech support during events 
  • Certificate distribution and follow-up
  • Postproduction video editing (Vimeo channel management) 
  • Post event analytics
