Summary:

The Sales Operation Team is responsible for managing processes, tools, systems, and partner relationships to help support our wholesale channel. Team members work cross functionally with their field sales team members to support specific customer segments through order processing, new product launch introduction, as well as access and implementation of loyalty and education programs. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Intern who will help support and optimize our processes alongside our sales operation team. This position will provide an opportunity to develop your data and business analytics, marketing, customer relations and product sales skills. You will gain the opportunity to learn the Inside Sales Operations role and business intelligence systems like Salesforce, Looker, and Intuitive ERP. This position runs through August 2021 and requires between 15-20 hours per week. To qualify for this program applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited US college or university. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Operations team with day-to-day activities including administrative and analytical tasks
  • Data entry and data management including but not limited to New account paperwork, Self-order portal set up, Rewards Program set up, order entry, Marketing Program Invites and enrollment in our professional training academy
  • Update account information in different Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Reconcile and clean up data in Salesforce
  • Order processing management including tracking orders from entry to delivery, monitoring aging orders, and back ordered items
  • Provide support to field support team by troubleshooting order errors, partial shipments and assisting with order and sales tracking
  • Process order returns for wholesale partners through Intuitive
  • Research and contact wholesale partners to investigate and update internal records with accurate contact and business information throughout all systems
  • Manage a shared email inbox that supports field sales team with administrative tasks
  • Support field sales team with opening new business accounts by shipping product samples to prospective customer

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and google sheets previous use and examples of projects completed
  • Must be able to learn new software/systems quickly
  • Must be able to manage more than one project at a time
  • High attention to detail must be able to check expiration dates, lot numbers
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Has the ability to dive into and trouble shoot issues individually
