Summary:
Colorescience, a high growth omni-channel skincare brand, is seeking an in-house video editor to join our expanding Creative/Marketing team. Video content is a core part of Colorescience’s marketing strategy, especially as related to paid media. We’re looking for a skilled video editor to work in both short and long formats, taking footage shot by influencer UGC partners as well as studio production teams and editing it based on project specs. This role reports to the Executive Creative Director and will work cross-functionally with our digital media, social media, and e-commerce teams. The ideal candidate is able to offer design solutions that are on-brief, on-brand, and meet the goals of the business. We’re a small team with big ambitions—we expect the chosen candidate’s role and responsibilities to grow in-step with our brand.

Summary:
Our team is seeking a highly driven Media Buyer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in executing intricate paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skill set by delving into media buying on platforms such as Google, Amazon, TikTok, and Microsoft. You will report to our Associate Director Media Strategy and support in executing paid media campaigns. Your responsibilities will encompass every facet of campaign execution, from implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of KPIs in paid digital marketing, hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns, an enthusiasm for data-driven A/B testing, and a keen interest in skincare

Colorescience is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Staff Accountant. Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting various accounting functions, including financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. This position can be a hybrid position, working remote as well as certain days based out of the Colorescience Corporate Headquarters in Carlsbad, CA.
