Junior Account Executive- San Fernando Valley

Summary:

Partnering with the Account Executive to develop new customer accounts and further penetrate and maintain existing accounts.  Provide suggestions and input on marketing activities in designated territory. Effectively manage customer relationships through excellent customer service and dedicated account support.

 

  • Responding to inbound leads, acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers
  • Contacting and qualifying leads via phone, email and in person
  • Coordinating prospecting meetings for the Account Executive with prospects that have been qualified
  • Setting up product trainings and business review meetings for the Account Executive with current accounts
  • Delivery of products, testers, brouchures, and marketing tools to current accounts 
  • Recording notes from prospect conversations and contact attempts in the CRM, giving the team full visibility and insight into where the sales pipeline stands
  • Tracking, managing, and recording the sales process in our CRM
  • Educating prospects and accounts on product features and capabilities
  • Account support through C.O.L.O.R.E. with reach and frequency based on account location geographically
  • Event Support- speaker/presenter for events and open housefor current partners and prospects 
  • Social Media support 

Other Skills and Qualifications:

Proven sales ability and expert communication skills

  • Aesthetic Practice Experience, office coordinator, marketing, patient coordinator
  • Previous experience in telesales or a call center environment
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems,
  • Desire to grow and learn
  • BA / BS; Business degree preferred
  • Two to five years sales experience
  • Strong communicator and quick learner with basic technical knowledge
  • Extensive domestic travel required

 

Compensation:
