No Purchase Necessary: No purchase needed to enter. Individuals may participate in this give-away campaign by subscribing to SMS Communication from Colorescience.
Promotion Timing: Giveaway starts on Friday, March 3, 2023 and ends on Monday, March 27, 2023, unless Colorescience chooses to end this campaign earlier or extend beyond such date. Colorescience’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Giveaway.
Eligibility: Participation is restricted to residents of the United States of America. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and cannot be employed by Colorescience, Inc., nor can they be employed by any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this Giveaway, or be a household member or immediate family member of the aforementioned employees. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Prizes: Three persons among all entries will be selected at random to win 10,000 Colorescience Lasting Beauty Rewards Points ($70 value in office, $50 value online), which will be redeemable on Colorescience.com and participating skin health Colorescience partners. Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for their cash value. All prizes will be awarded “AS IS” and “WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND” express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
How to Enter: All entries are submitted through SMS pop-ups on the Colorescience.com website only. Entries will be tracked automatically using our SMS software. Limited to one (1) entry per person.
Winner Selection: Three winners will be selected on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received at the end of giveaway.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified directly through SMS. Winner must have or sign up for a Lasting Beauty Rewards account to receive the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being contacted, the potential winner forfeits the prize. All prizes will be fulfilled approximately one month after the drawing. Additional Terms. Colorescience reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Colorescience’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway or, as determined by Colorescience in their sole discretion. Colorescience reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Colorescience reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in San Diego, California. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of California and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of California. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Giveaway and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
