Summary:
The Senior Vice President, Operations is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for developing and executing the Company’s end-to-end Operations and Supply Chain strategy in support of growth, profitability, customer service, and operational excellence objectives. This executive will provide leadership across strategic sourcing, procurement, supply and demand planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory management, logistics and distribution, contract manufacturing, and supply chain risk management. The SVP, Operations will ensure the Company maintains a scalable, resilient, and high-performing operating model capable of supporting continued growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a strategic business leader, the SVP, Operations will influence decisions across the organization through expertise, sound judgment, data-driven insights, and effective communication. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team while building strong partnerships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and key external stakeholders.

This executive will provide leadership across strategic sourcing, procurement, supply and demand planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory management, logistics and distribution, contract manufacturing, and supply chain risk management. The SVP, Operations will ensure the Company maintains a scalable, resilient, and high-performing operating model capable of supporting continued growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Company’s Operations and Supply Chain strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, growth plans, and financial targets.
- Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management initiatives to ensure supply continuity, quality performance, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation across the supply network.
- Lead the Company’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, supply plans, inventory strategies, service objectives, and financial commitments.
- Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and fulfillment operations to optimize customer service, working capital, and operational efficiency.
- Provide executive oversight of contract manufacturing and strategic supplier relationships, leveraging strong manufacturing expertise to improve operational performance, capacity planning, quality, service, and cost outcomes.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives that enhance scalability, productivity, service levels, and profitability through continuous improvement, process optimization, and effective performance management.
- Establish and monitor key operational performance indicators and ensure accountability for achieving service, inventory, quality, cost, and supplier performance objectives.
- Develop and execute supply chain risk management and business continuity strategies that strengthen organizational resilience and support long-term growth.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Operations organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as an active member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic counsel and helping drive enterprise-wide decision making and organizational success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Planning functions.
- Demonstrated success leading complex supply chains and outsourced manufacturing networks within consumer products, beauty, health and wellness, medical device, or related industries.
- Significant experience leading Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, operational excellence principles, supplier performance management, quality systems, and supply chain best practices.
- Proven track record of improving service levels, inventory productivity, supplier performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
