Our subscription program allows you to schedule your favorite Colorescience products to be delivered at your preferred frequency – every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days – ensuring you'll never run out of your SPF and skincare essentials.

Once you've subscribed it's easy to manage. Log in to your account and click on the 'My Subscriptions' tab. From there, you can modify your delivery frequency, change your next order date, or skip an order.

Modify shipment frequency
The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each subscription item. To change the delivery frequency, click the frequency dropdown next to the item you would like to modify and select your desired frequency.

Pause subscription
Select 'Pause Subscription' and select the date you'd like your subscription to resume. Once confirmed, your subscription will be paused and will resume shipment on the date selected.

Change an order date
Select 'Reschedule' and select a new order date. This will change the order date for the entire subscription order.

Skip a delivery
To skip a subscription order, select 'Skip' and your order will send on the next available date based on the frequency you selected.

Remember to press 'CONFIRM' once any changes have been made.

Simply log in to your account and click on the 'My Subscriptions' tab. Once there, select 'Send Now' on the product subscription you would like to edit. To confirm, select 'Send Now' again. Your order will then enter the "Order Processing" state.

Please note that after this, you won't be able to make any changes to the order. Your subscription item(s) will have a new order date set based on the date you made this change, maintaining your original order frequency.

On rare occasions, our shipping warehouse may experience unexpected delays. If you need your subscription product in time for a very important date, please modify your order date well in advance.

Simply log in to your account and click on the 'My Subscriptions' tab. Once there, you will be able to view your active subscriptions.

To update your payment method, select 'Change Billing' under your subscription item(s) and then select 'Send Email'. You'll receive an email with a direct link to update your current payment method.

Simply log in to your account and click on the 'My Subscriptions' tab. Once there, you will be able to manage all of your product subscriptions.

Select 'Cancel Subscription' next to the product(s) you're subscribed to. You'll have the option to skip this order and have it sent on a different date and/or frequency, or continue with cancellation. If you'd like to cancel, select 'Cancel Subscription' again and then select a reason for cancellation.

If we happen to be running a sitewide sale during the time your subscription order is processed, we'll automatically apply the better discount to your order, meaning you always receive the lowest price possible. For example, if we are running 20% off sitewide on the day your order is processed, you will receive 20% off instead of the standard 10% subscription discount.

For any new subscription orders placed during a sitewide sale, you'll enjoy the higher sale discount for your first order, and then the regular subscription discount for future orders.

To edit your shipping address, select 'Change Shipping' under your subscription item(s) and you'll be prompted to update your information. Be sure to click 'Add New Address' to ensure your changes have been made.

By signing up for the Colorescience subscription program, you authorize us to charge the credit card you've saved on file and ship product to you at the frequency you have selected (30, 45, 60, or 90 days). It is your responsibility to manage shipments and cancel scheduled shipments ahead of time, before they are sent out, if they are not wanted. Any returns processed on subscription renewal orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.

No, subscription orders cannot be completed with Shop Pay Installments. Any order that includes a subscription item must be purchased with a debit/credit card.
