Staff Accountant

Summary:

Colorescience is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Staff Accountant. Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting various accounting functions, including financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. This position can be a hybrid position, working remote as well as certain days based out of the Colorescience Corporate Headquarters in Carlsbad, CA.

Customer Concierge Associate

The role of a Customer Concierge Associate at Colorescience is to provide online customers the best experience through insightful product knowledge and outstanding customer care consideration. Quality Manager

Location:

In office role : Houston Texas, with quarterly travel to our CMO’s (New Jersey and Chicago)

Summary:

The Quality Manager will manage day-to-day quality related tasks to fulfill quality and regulatory requirements. Included but not limited to providing full QA/QC support for implementing and maintaining compliance to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Standards at Contract Manufactures with establishing and maintaining quality protocols and quality culture within the Department and Colorescience Inc. This position interacts with higher level management, contract manufacturers, partners, and suppliers. Provide Quality support to R&D, Operations & Marketing Teams. Manage direct reports and internal and external partnerships to ensure efficiency and performance standards are achieved.
