You will report to our Associate Director Media Strategy and support in executing paid media campaigns. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in executing intricate paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skill set by delving into media buying on platforms such as Google, Amazon, TikTok, and Microsoft. You will report to our Associate Director Media Strategy and support in executing paid media campaigns. Your responsibilities will encompass every facet of campaign execution, from implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of KPIs in paid digital marketing, hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns, an enthusiasm for data-driven A/B testing, and a keen interest in skincare. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Actively implement and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and Pinterest. 
  • Be eager to learn media buying across other platforms such as Google, Bing, TikTok, and Amazon.  
  • Analyze and report on performance data, providing insights, interpretations, and appropriate action plans/optimizations based on conclusions.  
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in paid social media (including betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.).  
  • Write ad copy and help provide creative guidance to the Marketing Design team.  
  • Collaborate with the broader digital marketing and design teams to ensure paid digital marketing initiatives are aligned across customer touchpoints. 

Requirements: 

  • 2 years of experience planning, buying and optimizing cross-platform paid social media ads within native platforms. Experience media buying on Meta, Pinterest, and Snapchat is a MUST. 
  • Willingness to learn media buying across other platforms such as Google, Bing, TikTok, and Amazon. 
  • Understanding of paid media KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, CPC, CPA, CPM, etc. 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to project manage campaign deliverables to ensure creative assets, audiences, and other campaign inputs remain on schedule. 
  • Experience in writing ad copy and pulling reports to assess creative performance. 
  • Demonstrates a test-and-learn approach to marketing, with the ability to assess new opportunities (audiences, creative, or inventory) and make data-driven decisions to drive measurable performance improvements. 
  • Strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in to get things done. 
  • Proficiency in handling CRM audience ideations and uploading data into various platforms to scale 1st party data initiatives. 
  • Understands GA4 to analyze website traffic, track key metrics and generate insights for optimizing campaigns. 
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables) and familiarity with Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented and organized. 
  • Familiarity and passion for skincare, SPF, and beauty trends on social platforms is a plus. 
  • Experience with the attribution platform Triple Whale is a plus.
