Summary:
The Project Manager – Operations Change of Control will lead and oversee the transition and management of change within the operational aspect of product advancements. This role will coordinate the activities between multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure that operational processes are effectively aligned, and that business continuity is maintained throughout the transition period. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of operational changes in compliance with established timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Job Overview:
The Project Manager – Operations Change of Control will lead and oversee the transition and management of change within the operational aspect of product advancements. This role will coordinate the activities between multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure that operational processes are effectively aligned, and that business continuity is maintained throughout the transition period. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of operational changes in compliance with established timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change of Control Oversight:
- Manage all aspects of the operational CoC process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CoC-related activities across operations, specific to existing product advancement.
- Develop a comprehensive CoC project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, creative, finance, IT, and RD, Quality teams to ensure smooth operational integration.
o Liaison between Marketing and Operations on sampling efforts.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand operational requirements during the CoC product process.
- Facilitate communication with key stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and challenges.
- Ensure alignment between business and marketing, quality, RD l teams to achieve a smooth transition.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and obstacles to the process and create contingency plans.
- Monitor and report on any issues that could affect the successful implementation of operational changes or launch execution.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce the impact on operations and business continuity.
Process Integration/Separation:

- Oversee the integration or separation of operational systems, processes, and teams, depending on the nature of the change event.
- Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Ensure that post-change control operations align with business goals and maintain continuity
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular progress reports and status updates for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of activities, timelines, decisions, and key actions taken throughout the process.
- Track and report on KPIs and performance metrics related to the implementation.
Post-CoC Evaluation:
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the CoC transition.
- Ensure that any issues encountered during the process are addressed and resolved.
- Provide recommendations for improving future CoC transitions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in managing product operations control changes.
- Experience with cross-functional team coordination and managing large-scale projects is essential.
- Familiarity with Change of Control processes, especially in an operational context.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
