Brand Manager - Skincare

Summary:

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and highly organized Brand Manager to join our growing skincare company. This role will support brand strategy, product launches, promotional campaigns, and cross-functional marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong communication skills, an eye for compelling brand storytelling, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and highly organized Brand Manager to join our growing skincare company. This role will support brand strategy, product launches, promotional campaigns, and cross-functional marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong communication skills, an eye for compelling brand storytelling, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative copy and on-brand messaging for promotions, campaigns, launches, and marketing programs
  • Promotional central point- collaborate in building campaign timelines, and promotional strategies- be the central point for discounting/ promotions across all the sales channels to ensure cohesive brand promotional calendar
  • Regular scheduled communications to internal marketing channel leads of promotional calendar and messaging
  • Support end-to-end new product launch planning, including messaging, timelines, positioning, and go-to-market coordination
  • Track and analyze new launch performance versus forecast and provide actionable insights and recommendations to commercialization team
  • Draft detailed content briefs for creative, social, digital, influencer, and retail marketing initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with product development, creative, sales, e-commerce, and external agency teams
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth
  • Attend industry events and conferences to gain insight into competitive programming and provide actionable insights
  • Help manage marketing assets, presentations, reporting, and other brand materials
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare post-campaign recaps 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product marketing, preferably in beauty or skincare
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand messaging
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing sales data, launch performance, and forecasts
  • Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and consumer trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Claude AI a plus!)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with skincare, beauty, or consumer packaged goods brands
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media strategy, and digital campaigns
  • Understanding of retail and e-commerce marketing strategies
