Colorescience is building the next era of professional skin health - expanding our leadership in skin protection Beyond SPF, deepening our presence in dermatology and medical aesthetics, and helping professional partners turn exceptional products into better patient experiences and stronger, more sustainable businesses.
The Strategic Business Development Manager (SBDM) will lead a focused portfolio of Colorescience's most important and highest-potential professional partnerships. This is not a traditional territory-sales role. It is an opportunity for an accomplished aesthetics leader to become a trusted advisor to sophisticated partners and translate science, education, data, and omnichannel capabilities into meaningful, long-term growth.
You will become deeply integrated into each partner's business - understanding its vision, economics, patient journey, clinical protocols, teams, locations, and untapped potential - then bringing the right Colorescience resources together to turn shared ambition into action.
Our top partners are ambitious, sophisticated businesses. They expect more than a sales representative; they expect a senior, credible resource who understands their business model, brings an informed point of view, anticipates opportunity, and can mobilize the full strength of Colorescience on their behalf.
The SBDM is that resource. You will connect strategy to execution across commercial planning, clinical education, portfolio and protocol integration, omnichannel growth, and executive alignment - creating a partnership experience worthy of the businesses that matter most to our shared future. Our top

• Joint business planning. Build and execute annual and quarterly growth plans that connect each partner's priorities with Colorescience opportunities across revenue, margin, patient acquisition, retention, clinical integration, education, events, and digital engagement.
• Acquisition, retention, and expansion. Protect and grow partner value by improving reorder consistency, expanding location and provider adoption, increasing product portfolio penetration, and identifying new use cases across the patient journey.
• Clinical and protocol integration. Working with Colorescience Clinical Science Educator to partner with providers, practice leaders, and education teams to integrate Colorescience into consultations, treatment plans, post-procedure care, home-care regimens, and recurring skin-health protocols.
• Education-led growth. Work with Colorescience Clinical Educator to turn Colorescience science and innovation - including Total Protection, Enviroscreen, peptides, barrier health, and light protection Beyond SPF - into compelling, clinically relevant education that builds confidence and changes behavior.
• Omnichannel partner value. Help partners connect in-practice recommendations with replenishment and digital tools, including Lasting Beauty Rewards, Practice Pages, national events, and other programs that extend service beyond the treatment room.
• Executive relationships. Earn trusted-advisor status with owners, physicians, clinical leaders, practice management, marketing, operations, and purchasing; bring insight and constructive challenge, lead high-value business reviews, and help senior stakeholders make confident decisions.
• Opportunity development. Identify whitespace within existing partners and collaborate with New Business Development Managers and Area Directors on priority strategic prospects, multi-site groups, and market-expansion opportunities.
• Forecasting and commercial discipline. Maintain clear, accurate forecasts; translate partner-level activity into expected business outcomes; manage opportunities and follow-through in the CRM; and take action early when performance shifts.
• Cross-functional orchestration. Bring together Education, Professional Relations, Partner Marketing, Digital, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, and leadership around the partner plan - ensuring our best thinking reaches the partner and that objectives, owners, timing, and measures of success are clear.
• Voice of the partner. Bring actionable market intelligence into the organization, including partner needs, patient behavior, competitive activity, emerging trends, barriers to adoption, and opportunities for innovation.
• Operate through the CS ONE philosophy: our most important partnerships become ONE through shared priorities, deep integration, and coordinated execution.
• Lead with curiosity and business acumen - diagnose before prescribing, and connect recommendations to the partner's goals and economics.
• Balance high-touch relationship leadership with consistent operating discipline, documented next steps, and accountable follow-through.
• Choose the team win: build the play, invite the right expertise, share credit freely, and own commitments fully. If winning as a Crew matters more to you than collecting an individual trophy, you will thrive here.
