A 12-Week Study Of A Novel Multi-Functional Treatment Mascara
The 12-week trial evaluated a multi-functional, serum-infused mascara designed to promote eyelash lengthening and strengthening. All 32 subjects showed increased lash length, with noticeable improvements beginning as early as two weeks.
Most subjects demonstrated moderate to marked enhancement in lash appearances, with lashes appearing thicker, darker, longer, and healthier.
The percent change in eyelash length steadily increased from 3.5% at Week 2, increasing to 26.5% by Week 12.
A subgroup of subjects (n=5) continued to use their previous lash enhancement serums in conjunction with Total Lash™ Mascara during the study. After 12 weeks, the reported mean (SD) bare eyelash length for this subgroup was 9.4 (1.1) mm versus 8.6 (1.8) mm.
RESULTS
The results of a 12-week clinical trial demonstrated that the application of Total Lash™ Mascara, a multifunctional eyelash lengthening and strengthening serum-infused mascara, provides immediate improvements in the appearance of eyelash length, volume, and color while daily use produces a progressive increase in actual eyelash length and lash quality.
