Use Barrier Pro™ Serum Spray in your morning and evening skin care routines and throughout the day as desired. In the morning and evening apply after cleansing, toning, using treatment pads or a hypochlorous product, and before application of all serums, creams, and moisturizers. Throughout the day, spray and allow to dry before reapplication of Total Protection® Brush-On Shield SPF 50.

Yes, Barrier Pro™ Serum Spray has been tested and is clear for comedogenicity. Enhancing skin’s natural Vitamin D production also supports antimicrobial benefits in addition to supporting the microbiome balance for clear skin. 

If using a hypochlorous acid product, apply it first as the hypochlorous acid is killing bacteria. Then you will want to replenish, repopulate, and support good bacteria with the addition of Barrier Pro™ Serum Spray. 

While it will still penetrate, it is recommended to be used prior to applying and reapplying SPF.

Like most skincare products, this will vary based on individual usage. The bottle contains 640 sprays. If used as directed twice daily on the face and neck, this will last approximately 60 days.

Barrier Pro™ Serum Spray can be used pre-Procedure to prepare skin and help build resilience. Barrier Pro™ Serum Spray has not yet been tested as part of the Finishing Touch® Protocol. It is recommended to wait until skin has re-epithelialized prior to adding Barrier Pro™ Serum Spray. 

In a 4-week clinical study of 31 subjects, Barrier Pro™ Serum Spray was added to existing regimens consisting of a wide variety of skin care products containing different ingredients, including Vitamin D products, exosomes, retinols and other Vitamin A derivatives, and skin turnover/exfoliation products. There were no subject reports or clinical investigator observations of reactions caused by layering products. We recommend patch testing by applying the product to a small area and observing for any reactions prior to expanding usage. If you are concerned with possible interactions, please consult your skin health professional prior to adding to your regimen.

There are no ingredients that are contraindicated for the use in pregnant/nursing women. However, please consult your physician before starting any new treatment.
