US first responders, nurses, medical professionals, hospital employees, grocery store workers*, delivery workers*, teachers, students, and military qualify for the frontline worker 15% discount. For a full list of qualifying roles eligible to receive this discount, please click here.

How do I receive the frontline worker discount?

Login to ID.me or create a new account if you have not used the service before. Following account login/activation with ID.me, you will be served a one-time use code that is valid for 15% off a single purchase (valid sitewide, cannot be combined with other promotions). Enter the promo code at Checkout on Colorescience.com to receive 15% off your order.

Can I share my discount with friends and family?

No, this discount is solely for individual use of eligible frontline workers.

I am unable to verify my frontline worker ID through ID.me, what should I do?

If you believe you meet the eligibility requirements to receive our frontline worker discount but were unable to verify your role through the platform, click here to submit a support request with ID.me customer support

Can I use this discount more than once?

Yes, the 15% off discount is valid on all future Colorescience purchases. However, the promo codes are one-time use only. For each order, please reverify with ID.me to get a new promo code.

Can I combine my frontline worker discount with other promotions?

No. Our frontline worker 15% discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, custom bundles, Lasting Beauty Rewards coupons, or discounts (one code to be used per transaction)

What happens to my personal information when entered into ID.me?

In order to receive a frontline worker discount, eligible guests must provide sensitive information including a social security number. Colorescience does not receive any sensitive personal data our guests provide; this information is submitted securely to ID.me to both verify eligibility and identity as well as to prevent fraudulent behaivor. What if I am a frontline worker and have already verified ID.me for another reason? Do I have to create a new account?

If you have previously created an account and verified your identity through ID.me, you should be automatically presented with our frontline worker promo code should you meet the eligibility requirements. If our frontline worker promo code is not presented automatically, please email concierge@colorescience.com for assistance.

What products are eligible for the frontline worker discount?

The discount is available to use sitewide on any products excluding promotional campaigns and sale items.

Does the discount work with subscription orders?

No, the discount is not available for subscription orders. If you order contains subscription items, please place a second order.

Can I get the 15% discount without going through the ID.me verification process?

No, using ID.me is the only way we to verify your qualifying professional status. You must verify your identity as US first responder, medical professional, nurse or teacher on ID.me to receive the 15% discount on Colorescience.com.

How do I apply my discount code if I pay with Apple Pay or PayPal?

To use your 15% discount code with ApplePay or PayPal as payment methods, you must add your desired item to cart and go to checkout. When you're in checkout:

Go to Payment
Add your discount code in the "discount code" text box.
Click payment method button of your choice in the Express Checkout section and follow the prompts to checkout. You may need to return to the "information" page on checkout to see express checkout options.

What if I forgot to add the 15% off coupon code at checkout?

All discount codes must be applied before final checkout. We are unable to apply a discount code after checkout has concluded and the order has been processed.
