1. The primary purpose of the product must be to protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun. That said, that doesn’t mean your suncare can’t have other uses too, like concealing pigmentation or helping to minimize fine line and wrinkles. 

2. It must be considered a broad-spectrum sunscreen. Broad-spectrum means that the sunscreen protects against both UV-A and UV-B rays. 3. The sunscreen must be SPF-15 or higher. However, the American Academy of Dermatology recommends that you use a sunscreen with SPF-30 or higher for adequate protection.
